Although big bucks are fun and are a big part of it, they aren't necessarily the only thing that makes your season successful. The outdoors is a great way to spend time in His creation and don't forget to take every opportunity to be silent and listen this fall!
This week, we are also going to discuss the importance of recording your hunting observations. Every year, hunting season is a great time to focus on what deer are doing and what they want to be doing. The habitat work that needs to be done can be determined by observing the patterns, or lack thereof, on your property. We will walk you through how to interpret these signs, so grab a notepad as you head to the stand this fall. We encourage you to make some observations this season as you are hunting and take some time to learn more about your property and yourself this year!
