During this week's podcast, we discuss why every landowner should have a land or habitat management plan to work from. It is critical to accomplish goals to have a plan that can be followed and executed. It is not uncommon to have folks reach out and ask questions like, "So, what is it that you do?" Would you just wing it and hope that the business does not fail?  Just like anything else in life, a plan helps accomplish goals. We help folks get what they want the most out of each piece of land they own. Our main job while working with clients is to evaluate the current condition of the land and develop a plan based on the current status so you can reach your goals the quickest and least expensive way. A proper plan will evaluate the two most restrictive aspects for landowners, time and resources. Navigating these elements is the difference between making the most of the landscape and not seeing improvements.
