Overhauling an Iowa Hunting Property

On this podcast, you will hear about the transformation a western Iowa property is currently going through. This property was purchased by a group of good friends of ours who are actively managing and improving the habitat on this 280-acre parcel in the Loess Hills of Iowa.
When we found this property, we knew it had great bones but work was needed. After a land management plan was written for the property, the work began! Brenton and his team have been underway since the growing season cutting eastern red cedar, spraying smooth broome, adding food plot acres, and expanding the tillable acres on this property. In addition, many areas of TSI have been completed but that's just the work on the land. The great fishery on the property has also seen improvements. A stocking plan has been implemented as well as necessary cover for baitfish. You can learn more about this property in the months to come as season begins to open up and the final stages for fall are put into place.
This property will be available for new owners to enjoy in the coming years. Stay tuned for more on the Bur Oaks Bluff Property!
